(3)你性格上*的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么 What is your greatest strength in character
(4)別人身上有什么特點(diǎn)是你非常欣賞而自己卻不喜歡的  What characteristics do you admire so much in others that you don't
(5)你性格中的什么特質(zhì)總是讓你陷入麻煩 What trait in your personality has always gotten you into trouble 
(6)你最不喜歡別人的哪一種性格特征 What personality trait do you particularly dislike in others 
2、提升自信的四個好方法  Four great ways to boost your confidence
(1)選擇第一排座位 Choose the first row of seats
(2)練習(xí)直視別人的眼睛 Practice looking people in the eye

如何克服緊張 (0.5小時)  How to Overcome nervousness
1、相信自己,不要驚慌,不要太在意別人對你的看法  Trust yourself and don’t be panic, don’t care too much about others’ view on you

和同事溝通 To College
2、和老板/領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通 To Boss/Leader
(1)簡單直接,越直接越好,不要繞彎子,老板有豐富的辨別的能力,兩點(diǎn)之間,直線最短。
Simple and direct, the more direct the better, do not go around, the boss has a rich ability to distinguish, between two points, the shortest straight line.
(2)不要離領(lǐng)導(dǎo)太遠(yuǎn),不要覺得只管做事,不找領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通進(jìn)度 Do not be too far away from the leader, do not feel that you can only do things, do not find the leader to communicate progress
(3)不要讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做填空題,要做選擇題 Do not let the leader to fill in the blank, to do multiple choice questions

面對客戶,更多需要“多聽”“多看”“少講”

(1)雨露均沾  Eyes take care of everyone
(2)倒三角模型  Inverted triangle model:Two Eyes and nose to and fro
(3)50/70原則  50/70 rules:50% to go,70% to get
(4)2個不要原則  2 Don’t Rules:Don’t be too much over 80%,Don’t be too less than 30%
2、如何練習(xí)眼神:How to Practice Eyes Contact
(1)閉眼在緩緩睜眼,緩緩聚焦  Close eyes slowly open eyes, slowly focus
(2)多揣摩情緒,加入情緒在眼神當(dāng)中 Look for the emotion and put it in your eyes
(3)眼睛配合說話內(nèi)容的節(jié)奏和卡點(diǎn) The eyes match the rhythm and timing of the speech
(4)眼神要堅定,不能游離,游離給人卑微和猥瑣的感覺
The eyes should be firm, can not be away, otherwise give people lowly and indecent feeling
(5)眼神要溫和,不能太過生猛,因?yàn)闀o人威脅和不安
Keep your eyes gentle and not too fierce, as they can be threatening and uncomfortable
(6)眼神不要閃躲,不要忽略 Don't dodge your eyes, don't ignore them
(7)眼神不要向上抬頭過高,也不要低頭看地上
